Cabins

   Beautiful year-round rustic cabins with log siding, forced air heat and central air conditioning.  Large kitchen, living room and dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.  Kitchens fully equiped with electric range, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.   

   Two bedroom cabins sleep six.  Linen, towels, blankets and assorted pots and pans furnished.   Just bring your own food. 

   All cabins on stocked lakes.  Each cabin has two picnic tables and one fire ring-grill for outdoor cooking.  Plenty of firewood available.   

 

Rental Policies

   Reservations may be made in advance.  One night deposit required.  Check-in time 4:00 PM.  Check-out time 1:00PM. 

 

Rental Rates

   Two Adults     $89/day     $534/wk.     $5/day for each additonal adult.

   Children under 10 yr. old - no additional charge.

 

Camp Rules

    We appreciate your efforts in keeping our cabins clean and smoke free.  No pets and no swimming allowed.  Quiet hours are from 10 P.M. to 6 A.M.  Children and youth groups must be under adult supervision at all times.  Please build all campfires in grills or fire rings.   Parking areas and trash receptacles are provided for your convenience.  Please leave cabins in a clean condition.

Redbird State Riding Area

   Less than one mile west of Camp Refuge. Redbird is a state owned and operated ATV riding area.  Over 1,500 acres of wilderness trails.  Redbird offers a real challenge to the ATV enthusiast. 

 
   Located 3 miles south of Camp Refuge.  8,900 acres with 122 lakes.  Operated by Indiana Department of Natural Resources.  Offers excellent fishing in the summer.
 

Marsh Madness Festival

   A Migratory Waterfowl Festival.  Starts the first Friday in March.  Lasts 2 days. Goose Pond Wetlands Area, south of Linton. Guided Tours, bird displays, educational workshops, cultural and interpretive programs. 
 
   Located 6 miles west of Camp Refuge, has approximately 6,000 acres of woods and lakes.  Open for fishing in the summer and hunting in the fall.  
 
   Parke County, Indiana.  Thousands of Flea Market and Food Concessionairs.  Approximately 50 miles north of Camp Refuge.  Starts 2nd Friday in October.  Lasts 10 days.
 

   Located 2 miles west of Camp Refuge.  Starts 3rd Saturday in September.  Lasts 9 days.
